We founded MaxVisions because we believe outstanding architecture deserves an outstanding presentation. Too often, we saw remarkable building projects fall short of their pre-sales potential due to uninspired or technically outdated 3D imagery.

- ZBrush & Marvelous Designer: Tiles, sofas, softly creased duvets—we model all these soft, organic objects with specialized software (the same tools Hollywood uses for digital clothing). This prevents stiff, "computer-looking" cushions in our interior renderings.
- Matterport & Drone Mapping: For virtual walkthroughs (existing properties) and drone integrations (aerial photomontages), we use market-leading hardware, LiDAR scanners, and 4K drones from DJI.
Focus on the DACH Region: Why Proximity Matters (Even Digitally)
While outsourcing 3D services to Asia may seem tempting to some developers because of the price, it backfires at the very latest during the first revision round.
We speak fluent German. We work in the same time zone (CET). And above all: we know Central European building regulations and the European design sensibility.
